  • Parents should Provide contact information: Parents should inform the college of any changes to their child's contact information, such as their email address, phone number, or postal address. This is important in case of emergencies.
  • Visit the college office: When parents or guardians visit the college, they should make sure to visit the college office.
  • Don't give valuables to your child: Parents should avoid giving their child valuables like cameras, audio/visual equipment, or ornaments. The college is not responsible for any loss or damage to these items.
  • Updates on Progress: Parents can request access to their child's attendance and progress reports.
  • Be aware of the leave process: Students need permission from the Principal, Head of the Department, Students must also submit a leave form, which must be signed by their parent or guardian.
  • Parents should take appointment in prior to meet the principal.
  • Parents should deal with dignity with the principal, administrative and supportive staff.
  • Act with courtesy in verbal and non-verbal communication.
  • Parents should participate in all activities collaboratively and cordially.
