02. Placement Cell
The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between academia and the professional world for students. Our Career Development Centre aims to provide world-class training to Agragami Degree Students.

As students progress through semesters and academics, in addition to departmental regular skill-building initiatives like projects, certifications, internships, etc., they are also trained on various analytical and soft skill aspects such as aptitude (quantitative, logical, and verbal), grooming, communication skills, etc., for about 60 hours.

Our students have the opportunity to engage with top companies such as Philips, Accenture, Amazon, Bosch, Vistara, Akasa Air, Air India Express, Indigo, HDFC Bank, Menzies Aviation, and Magic Bus.

1. Career Guidance & Counseling
- Provides students with information about various career options and industries.
- Helps students identify their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and career goals.
2. Industry Interaction
- Organizes industry visits, guest lectures, and workshops to expose students to real-world work environments.
- Builds strong relationships with recruiters from top companies.
- Facilitates industry-academia collaborations.
3. Placement Assistance
- Organizes on-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement sessions.
- Assists students in preparing for placement tests and interviews.
- Provides personalized career counseling and mentorship.
4. Skill Development
- Conducts training programs on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Assists students in preparing for placement tests and interviews.
- Organizes workshops on aptitude tests, group discussions, and other relevant skills.
